As the architect of record, the studio leads the design process, manages permit submissions, coordinates with structural and mechanical engineers, and oversees construction on the client's behalf. Builders and consultants are contracted directly by the client; Architecture Riot directs the work and holds the design vision accountable at every stage.

A custom home built from the ground up is among the most consequential investments a client makes — in resources, in time, and in the shape of daily life for years to come. Architecture Riot approaches residential new builds with that weight in mind. Every decision, from the organization of the plan to the specification of materials and the detailing of millwork, is made in service of a home that performs exactly as the people inside it need it to — not just at completion, but over the long term.

The studio's residential work spans multi-generational homes, forever homes designed for aging in place, and residences with a strong design vision — each one built around how a specific family actually lives, not a generic idea of how people should.

Retail design at Architecture Riot starts the same way residential does — with the people behind the brief. We get under the skin of a brand, understand its audience and what it's trying to convey, and figure out how that story becomes a physical experience people want to be part of. INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design at Architecture Riot is not a layer applied after the architecture is resolved — it is developed in parallel with it. Material selection, millwork design, lighting strategy, spatial sequencing, and finish specification are part of the same design process as the plan and section. The result is projects where the interior and the architecture are genuinely coherent: where nothing looks chosen separately, because nothing was.

For clients with existing homes, we offer interior design as a standalone scope — bringing the same rigour and design intelligence to a space without changing its structure.
