Sally Kassar /

Sally is an Architect dedicated to crafting spaces that spark curiosity while striking a balance between bold and timeless. She achieves this through attention to detail and a playful integration of materials, forms & craft.
Prior to co-founding Architecture Riot, Sally had experience working for a number of International award-winning architecture offices. She contributed to a diverse range of projects spanning from residential and retail spaces to museums, community centres and college buildings
Sally is a licensed OAA Architect and holds a Master’s degree from the John H Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design. During her studies at Daniels, she attended a study aboard program at the University of Oxford, and contributed to the Public Ambitions exhibition at the Istituto Italiano di Cultura.
Ava Nourbaran /
Partner, AIA NY Architect, M.Arch, BA
Ava is an Architect who wholeheartedly believes in the power of good design to improve human life. Prior to the inception of Architecture Riot, Ava worked on internationally recognized projects spanning residential architecture, commercial interiors, and corporate headquarters in all phases of design and construction. Ava has worked at several world-renowned architecture offices including Bjarke Ingles Group in New York and other award-winning studios in Toronto and San Francisco.
She holds an AIA license in the state of New York, and has completed a Masters of Architecture at John H Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design where she received several awards, including research grants to study abroad in Brazil and Oxford University.
